Representations and Branches Accreditation in GRC – 350 USD

I. The cost of registration shall cover following services:
• Preparation of the documents for GRC;
• Delivery of the documents and obtaining of GRC’s certificate;

II. Required documents:
• Decision of foreign juristic person to open the Representation or Branch in the territory of Russian Federation;
• The Charter of foreign company;
• General power of attorney authorizing the head of the representation, manager of the Branch in RF all necessary powers;
• Foreign rating authority certificate of the foreign company registration as a taxpayer in optional form in the country of incorporation with indication of the taxpayer’s logical number (or its analog);
• Abstract of trade register of the origin country of foreign entity;
• Certificate confirming the location of the Representation or Branch in the territory of RF (lease agreement or its analog);
• Two letters of introduction from reliable Russian partners;
• Order of appointment of the head of the Representation / manager of the Branch as well as the chief accountant;
• Statement of the Representation / Branch of the company;
• Act confirming the foreign legal entity solvency (issued by the operating bank or other financial intermediary);
• General power of attorney authorizing the solicitor to the registration of the Representation / Branch

*All the foreign legal entity documents shall be legalized or authenticated, with notarized translation in Russian.

Government fee for the accreditation of the Representation / Branch in GRC: - for a year – 1000 c. c. (conventional currency) - for 2 years – 2000 c. c. - for 3 years – 2500 c. c. For the Branch: - for 5 years – 3500 c. c. - In the event of urgency (the registration shall take 7 days) – 500 c. c.
